Le sous-titre vaut toute explication: "This striking and stylistic painting representing solidarity between Laos and Vietnam has won first prize in a bilateral art competition in Vientiane".
"Every artist has their own preference when it comes to the style they admire the most and the message they want to convey to the public trough their work.(...) "My art does tend to focus on the relationship between Laos and Vietnam, about which I have painted many works.(...) The piece that won the competition depicts the relationship between Laos and Vietnam as something that will go on forever. Time will pass by and the world will change, which is shown in my painting as a storm blowing, but Lao and Vientanmese people still link arms in front of the treaty of friendship.(...) To be a painter is not hard for those who love this work, but it is important to spend a long time observing the world, finding out your favorite angle and developing a unique style, and trying to do the best whith what you have chosen."
